GOVT OPPORTUNITIES
Staying on top of the latest government funding is not always easy. The Government Funding Programmes page is not exhaustive, but it is a good place to start. Click the button below to get email updates - you can choose how often these come in.
Some of the opportunities listed are for local authorities. Others are for other types of organisations, such as charities. The Glossary of Eligibility button offers a quick recap of the definitions for the different types of organisation.
At the council level, information about opportunities will usually be sent to Directors or Chief Executives in the first instance. But in the interests of being as prepared as possible, you might want to stay up to speed yourself.
The Local Government Engagement Team are really useful here, and regularly circulate new opportunities. To be added to their mailing list simply subscribe here.
It is also worth looking at the individual departments. Community resilience is quite a broad theme, and although most new announcements will come through DLUHC, opportunities might also come from other places.
